Information We Collect

When you sign up for an Atomic Reach account or contact us, you voluntarily give us certain personal information including your name, e-mail address, location, the name of your company and role there (if applicable) and other data or information that has been requested by Atomic Reach during the client account registration or renewal process. In addition, when you visit our Website, we collect certain information about your activity on our Website, as described below under the heading “Our use of Cookies, Log Files and Web Analytics Software”.

When you pay for subscription fees through the Services with your credit card, we collect your credit card information, your credit card billing address, and a mailing address where it is necessary to complete the sales transaction, but will not retain such information longer than necessary to complete the transaction. We call this personal information “Sales Information”.

When you link and provide Atomic Reach with access to your accounts from other websites and services, including social media services, blogging or other content creation platforms, we collect your login information in order to access such services, and we also collect personal information about you and any individuals in your network, including names, ages, personal interests, and, if applicable, for purposes of providing the data analytics that are a key component of the Services offered to you. Similarly, when you submit any content or data to the Services, we collect personal information about the author of such data or content, for purposes of providing data analytics to you.

We use the Sales Information in order to process and fulfill your subscription payments and to send you e-mails to confirm your subscription status and payments.

If Atomic Reach is to be sold, merged or amalgamated or substantially all of its assets are to be sold or disposed of, the personal information that you have provided us may be transferred to a potential purchaser if, and to the extent necessary, it is required for the purposes of deciding whether to proceed with the proposed transaction and completing it. Our Use of Cookies, Log Files and Web Analytics Software
