LOS ANGELES, CA – July 29, 2026 – RAD Intel, the AI marketing holding company building a portfolio of intelligence-powered operating businesses, today announced the appointment of Leroy Carver as Vice President of Operations.
Carver will oversee operations across RAD Intel's growing portfolio, partnering closely with executive leadership to build the systems, processes and performance frameworks that enable scalable growth while preserving the unique strengths of each business.
His appointment comes as RAD Intel enters its next stage of growth, expanding its portfolio through its Artificial Intelligence Buyout (AIBO) strategy and scaling a shared intelligence layer across multiple operating businesses.
As AI becomes part of everyday business operations, the challenge is shifting from adoption to execution. Companies no longer compete on access to AI alone. They compete on how consistently they can turn intelligence into repeatable decisions, efficient operations and scalable growth.

Carver brings nearly a decade of operational leadership experience from Snap Inc., where he helped build and scale global support operations for one of the world's largest technology platforms. As Scaled Operations Lead, he expanded the company's Technical Ad Support organization into a global team spanning Warsaw, Dublin, Kuala Lumpur and Manila, while developing scalable systems that improved operational performance.
