Rad Technologies, Inc. (“Rad,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is committed to maintaining the accuracy, confidentiality, and security of personal data collected from individuals who access or use our websites, products, platforms, and related services, including but not limited to atomicreach.com, radintel.ai, and all associated subdomains, mobile applications, and successor domains (collectively, the “Services”).
This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) explains how we collect, use, store, share, and protect personal information when you (“you,” “User,” or “your”) access or use the Services. By accessing or using the Services, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this Policy and consent to receiving it electronically via publication on the Services. This Policy forms part of our Terms and Conditions, and your continued use of the Services constitutes your acceptance of both.
This Policy does not apply to websites, services, applications, or content offered by third parties (“Third-Party Services”), which are governed by their own privacy policies. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any Third-Party Services you interact with.
We may update this Policy periodically. If material changes are made, we will post the updated Policy on the Services and, where legally required, notify you via email or platform notice. Continued use of the Services after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
- Personal Information We Collect
As part of providing the Services, we may collect personal information directly from you, automatically through your use of the Services, or through authorized third-party integrations.
(a) Information You Provide to Us. We collect information that you voluntarily provide, including your name, date of birth, email address, phone number, account login credentials (such as username and password), demographic details, and information contained in any communications with us such as customer support inquiries, feedback, or email correspondence. If you choose to share location information, we may collect that as well. Payment information, including credit card or billing data, is processed by our PCI-DSS-compliant payment providers. We do not store full payment card numbers on our systems.
(b) Social Media and Connected Accounts. If you choose to sign up for or access the Services through a third-party account (such as Facebook), we may receive information permitted by that platform’s APIs, including your name, email address, profile photo, posts, engagement metrics, follower information, and content-related analytics. This information may also be used to assess brand safety and content alignment for advertising and platform-matching purposes.
(c) Automatically Collected Information. When you access or use the Services, we automatically collect certain information using cookies, tracking technologies, log files, JavaScript, and other data-collection mechanisms. This information may include your IP address, browser type, device identifiers, referring URLs, pages viewed, session duration, timestamps, and other usage analytics relating to navigation and interaction with the Services. Such information may be aggregated and analyzed for operational, security, and performance-enhancement purposes.
(d) Cookies and Similar Technologies. We may place cookies or similar identifiers on your device to authenticate your identity, enable login functionality, save preferences, enhance navigation, and personalize content. You may restrict cookie usage through your browser settings; however, disabling cookies may limit certain features and functionality of the Services.
(e) Tracking Pixels and Web Beacons. We may use transparent images or tracking pixels in combination with cookies to gather information on usage patterns and behavior related to specific content and features.
(f) API-Based Authorization. We may use API keys from third-party software for authentication and secure access to certain platform features.
(g) Analytics and Measurement Tools. We may use analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Quantcast, and comScore to collect and analyze usage data, including time of visit, pages viewed, time spent on pages, IP address, device information, and operating system data. You may opt-out of Google Analytics tracking by installing the opt-out browser add-on available at: http://www.google.com/ads/preferences/plugin/.
- Influencer Information We Collect
As part of providing the Services and enabling platform functionality, brand-safety analysis, advertising relevance, and influencer-matching capabilities, we may collect personal information relating to social media content creators, publishers, and online personalities (“Influencers”). Such information may be collected from publicly available online sources, social media platforms, authorized third-party data providers, and platform APIs, where permitted by applicable law.
(a) Publicly Available Social Media Information. We may collect personal information that Influencers choose to make publicly available on social media platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Facebook, Twitch, and other online properties. This may include an Influencer’s name, username or handle, profile biography, geographic location, profile photo or avatar, account URL, and other profile information; details regarding audience size, follower counts, demographics, engagement metrics, and content performance analytics; and content that Influencers post or share, including photos, images, videos, audio, text, links, comments, and other user-generated materials.
(b) Business and Contact Information. Where available through public sources, platform interfaces, or authorized data partners, we may collect business-related contact information associated with an Influencer’s professional online presence, including public business email addresses, media kit information, or other contact methods associated with professional outreach and brand-collaboration purposes.
(c) Platform and API-Authorized Data. We may obtain certain Influencer information through platform-provided APIs, integrations, or data-licensing arrangements, including performance analytics, content insights, audience-engagement statistics, and other data necessary to support campaign measurement, advertiser alignment, safety review, and operational platform functionality.
(d) Legal Basis and Notification. In circumstances where we collect publicly available Influencer information at scale, it may not be feasible to provide direct notice to each individual Influencer. Where applicable, we rely on legitimate interests and other authorized legal bases under relevant data-protection laws, including provisions recognizing that individual notification may be disproportionate or impracticable due to the nature and scale of public-data collection.
(e) Influencer Rights and Contact. Influencers may contact us at privacy@radintel.ai to request additional information regarding our processing of personal information, to exercise any applicable privacy rights, or to raise inquiries relating to the use of publicly accessible data for platform and advertising-matching purposes. We will review and process all such requests in accordance with applicable data-protection laws and legitimate business interests.

We may share personal information with third parties where necessary to operate the Services, fulfill contractual obligations, support legitimate business purposes, or comply with applicable laws. Such sharing occurs subject to appropriate privacy protections, contractual safeguards, and compliance with this Policy and applicable data-protection requirements.

Such third parties receive access to personal information only to perform contracted services, and they are legally and contractually obligated to safeguard the information and use it solely for authorized operational purposes.
(c) Business Transactions and Affiliates. We may transfer or share personal information as part of, or in anticipation of, corporate transactions including mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, restructurings, financings, asset sales, public offerings, bankruptcy proceedings, insolvency events, or similar strategic or corporate developments. We may also share personal information with our affiliates for operational continuity, internal governance, compliance, and business-support functions, and such affiliates will process personal information consistent with this Policy.
(d) Social Media Interactions and Voluntary Sharing. Where Users elect to share content, engagement, feedback, or activity related to the Services on third-party social media platforms, including but not limited to LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and similar services, information associated with such sharing may be visible to third parties. We may use, disclose, and commercialize aggregated, anonymized, or otherwise de-identified information that cannot reasonably be used to identify an individual User. Such information may be utilized for research, analytics, benchmarking, reporting, marketing, investment presentations, Service enhancement, or other lawful business purposes, including the publication or disclosure of generalized usage trends, performance indicators, or audience insights.
- Third-Party Websites and External Links
The Services may include links to third-party websites, platforms, software tools, or resources operated by external organizations, partners, advertisers, or affiliates. These third-party platforms may maintain independent privacy policies, terms of use, data-collection practices, and security controls. While we make commercially reasonable efforts to associate with reputable providers and resources, we do not control, endorse, or assume responsibility for the content, accuracy, availability, privacy practices, data-handling procedures, or security of these external services. Accessing such third-party sites or providing personal information to them is voluntary and at your own discretion and risk. We strongly encourage Users to carefully review the privacy policies, terms, and applicable data-handling practices of any third-party services before accessing, using, or providing information through those platforms.
- Cookies and Tracking Technologies
We use Cookies and similar identifiers to enable platform functionality, analyze performance, improve User experience, customize content, and maintain security. These technologies allow us to recognize devices, process interactions, optimize navigation, and support Service functionality while ensuring platform stability and fraud-prevention capabilities.
(a) Use of Cookies. We use cookies, tags, pixels, scripts, and comparable tracking technologies (“Cookies”) to operate and personalize the Services, monitor performance, facilitate secure authentication, detect fraudulent activity, and provide relevant content and communications. Cookies may collect device identifiers, IP addresses, browser details, operating system information, timestamps, usage activity, referrer data, and session-level interaction information regardless of whether you are logged in. You may configure your browser settings to block or delete Cookies; however, doing so may impact or limit the availability, performance, or functionality of certain features within the Services.
(b) What Are Cookies. Cookies are small data files stored on your device or browser when interacting with online services. They enable core features such as session continuity, preference management, and secure login. Cookies may be temporary and expire when a browser session ends (“session Cookies”), or long-lasting and stored until manually deleted or expired (“persistent Cookies”). Cookies may be directly issued by the Services (“first-party Cookies”) or by authorized service providers that support platform analytics, security, or advertising (“third-party Cookies”). Related technologies, such as pixels and web beacons, may be used to monitor engagement with content or communications and operate similarly to Cookies, without storing a file on your device.
(c) Types of Cookies We Use. We may use the following categories of Cookies in connection with the Services:
(i) Essential Cookies. Necessary to operate and secure the Services, authenticate access, manage account sessions, and support essential platform functionality. Without these Cookies, parts of the Services may be unavailable or may not function properly.
(ii) Analytics and Performance Cookies. Used to understand usage patterns, measure performance, monitor traffic, analyze trends, and enhance platform functionality. These Cookies assist in evaluating how Users engage with the Services and may be provided by authorized analytics partners.
(iii) Functionality Cookies. Used to store preferences, enable enhanced features, maintain personalized experiences, and support customized interactions with the Services.
(iv) Targeting and Advertising Cookies. Used to deliver relevant advertisements, measure marketing effectiveness, personalize promotional content, and analyze engagement across online environments, where permitted by applicable law. These Cookies may monitor browsing behavior across websites.
(d) Managing Cookies. Most browsers accept Cookies by default, but Users may adjust browser settings to refuse, limit, or delete Cookies or to enable privacy preferences such as “Do Not Track,” where supported. Users may also reset advertising identifiers on mobile devices. Restricting or deleting Cookies may impact access to certain functionality, affect performance, or alter the user experience within the Services. For specific instructions, consult browser or device-level help documentation or support resources.
- Additional Tracking Technologies
We may use a range of internet-standard tracking technologies to support platform functionality, enhance user experience, and maintain the security and efficiency of the Services. These technologies may include pixel tags, web beacons, software development kits (SDKs), log files, device identifiers, and other comparable tools designed to analyze user activity, monitor performance, prevent fraudulent behavior, personalize content, and improve operational capabilities. Such mechanisms may collect device, browser, and interaction data to enable core features and support quality control. As the digital ecosystem and associated technologies evolve, we may adopt updated or new tracking frameworks consistent with this Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws, and we will continue to implement reasonable measures to safeguard user information and ensure transparency regarding our data practices.
- “Do Not Track” Signals
Some web browsers and devices provide a “Do Not Track” (“DNT”) setting intended to signal a preference not to be monitored across online services. Because there is currently no universally accepted standard governing the interpretation or enforcement of DNT signals, the Services do not presently recognize or respond to DNT requests or comparable automated browser signals. Users may still control certain tracking technologies through browser configuration tools, privacy settings, and device-level controls designed to limit or block cookies and other tracking mechanisms. For further information regarding DNT functionality and available controls, you may visit industry resources such as http://www.allaboutdnt.org/. As industry standards and regulatory requirements evolve, we will review changes and, where appropriate, update our practices in alignment with applicable privacy obligations.
- Your Privacy Rights
Depending on your location and the privacy laws that apply in your jurisdiction, you may have certain rights relating to the personal information we maintain about you. We will review and respond to verified requests to exercise applicable rights in accordance with relevant data-protection legislation. These rights may include the ability to access, correct, delete, or update certain information, as well as manage marketing preferences and other data-use settings. We may request specific information from you to verify your identity before processing a rights request, and we will handle such requests within the timeframes required by law. Please note that certain rights may be limited where the exercise of such rights would infringe upon the rights of others, interfere with required legal or contractual obligations, or impact our ability to provide Services that rely on necessary data processing.
(a) Right to Access. You may request access to the personal information we hold about you. If you maintain an account with us, you may view and review most personal information directly within your account dashboard or profile settings. If you require additional information not visible in your account, you may submit a request by contacting us at privacy@radintel.ai, and we will provide a response within a reasonable period consistent with applicable law. Where permitted by law, we may charge a reasonable administrative fee if your request is duplicative of one submitted within the preceding twelve (12) months or otherwise unreasonable or excessive.
(b) Right to Correction and Deletion. You may request that we correct inaccurate personal information or delete personal information that is incomplete, outdated, unnecessary, or processed in violation of applicable law. In many cases, corrections or updates can be completed directly in your account settings. If you require assistance or wish to request deletion of personal information, please contact us at privacy@radintel.ai, and we will review your request in accordance with applicable legal requirements and retention obligations. Please note that certain data may be retained where required to fulfill contractual duties, comply with legal obligations, or support legitimate business interests such as security, fraud prevention, or financial recordkeeping.
(c) Marketing Opt-Out Rights. You may opt out of receiving direct marketing communications from us at any time. All marketing-related emails include an unsubscribe link, and you may also update your marketing preferences through your account settings where available. If you have any questions regarding marketing communications, or if you prefer to request an opt-out directly, you may contact us at privacy@radintel.ai. Processing of opt-out requests will occur within the timeframe required by applicable law, and opting out of marketing communications will not affect non-promotional messages related to your account or ongoing use of the Services.
- Additional Rights for EEA, UK, and Swiss Residents
If you reside in the European Economic Area (“EEA”), the United Kingdom (“UK”), or Switzerland (collectively, the “European Regions”), you are afforded additional privacy protections and rights under the EU and UK General Data Protection Regulation (together, the “GDPR”). These rights apply in addition to the general rights described in this Policy and are intended to ensure transparency, fairness, and lawful processing of personal information. We process personal information of European Residents in accordance with applicable data-protection frameworks and ensure that any handling, transfer, or storage of such data aligns with relevant privacy standards and legal requirements. We process personal information from European Residents only where a valid legal basis exists under GDPR.
(a) Legal Basis for Processing. We process personal information from European Residents only where a valid legal basis exists under GDPR. These bases may include: (i) performance of a contract, such as providing access to the Services, managing accounts, or processing transactions; (ii) your explicit consent, including in relation to marketing communications or optional account-connection features; (iii) our legitimate business interests, such as improving Services, supporting operational integrity, enhancing user experience, and preventing fraud or security incidents, to the extent such interests are permitted under applicable law; and (iv) compliance with legal obligations. Where processing is based on your consent, you may withdraw such consent at any time by emailing privacy@radintel.ai or using available unsubscribe tools. Withdrawal of consent will not affect the lawfulness of processing completed before withdrawal, but it may limit your ability to use certain Service features.
(b) International Transfers. Personal information collected from European Residents may be transferred to and processed in jurisdictions outside of your home country, including the United States. These regions may not offer the same level of data protection as the EEA, UK, or Switzerland. Where legally required, we implement appropriate safeguards, such as Standard Contractual Clauses or other approved transfer mechanisms, to ensure adequate protection of your information when transferring it internationally. By using the Services or submitting personal information, you acknowledge that such cross-border data transfers may occur as necessary for service functionality and performance. We rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or other lawful transfer mechanisms for international data transfers where required by law.
(c) GDPR Rights. European Residents have specific rights under GDPR, which may include: (i) the right of access to confirm whether we process your personal information and obtain a copy; (ii) the right to rectification to correct inaccurate or incomplete information; (iii) the right to erasure (“right to be forgotten”) in certain circumstances; (iv) the right to restrict processing in certain situations; (v) the right to object to processing based on legitimate interests, including objections to direct marketing; (vi) the right to data portability to request a machine-readable copy of your personal information; and (vii) the right to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. To exercise any of these rights, please contact us at privacy@radintel.ai. We may request additional information to verify your identity, and we will respond in accordance with applicable legal timeframes and requirements.
- Data Security and International Transmission Risks
We employ reasonable and appropriate administrative, organizational, and technical safeguards designed to protect Personal Data from unauthorized access, acquisition, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. These measures may include user-access controls, encrypted data transmission, pseudonymization, intrusion detection, secure network architecture, and ongoing security monitoring and assessment. We regularly evaluate security protocols and may update safeguards as technology and industry standards evolve.
We may utilize reputable third-party cloud providers, hosting vendors, authentication services, and technology infrastructure partners to support the Services. While such providers implement security measures they believe to be commercially appropriate and we take reasonable steps to ensure their compliance, no system, platform, or method of storage or transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed to be fully secure. You acknowledge and agree that transmission of information - including via email, browser-based communication, wireless connections, or other networks - may carry inherent risks. Unencrypted communications, including unencrypted email, may be subject to unauthorized access, interception, or misuse, and are transmitted at your own risk.
We encourage you to take appropriate precautions, including safeguarding account credentials, using strong passwords, enabling multi-factor authentication where available, maintaining updated security software, and promptly notifying us of any suspected unauthorized activity or security concerns. To report a security incident, please contact us at privacy@radintel.ai.
Security researchers may responsibly disclose potential security issues to support@radintel.ai. We do not authorize unauthorized testing or access attempts.
If we become aware of a data breach affecting your personal information, we will notify you where legally required.
- Data Retention
We retain personal information only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Policy, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and maintain business records. Retention periods vary depending on data type, usage, regulatory requirements, and operational needs. When data is no longer required, we securely delete, anonymize, or de-identify it in accordance with applicable laws and industry standards. - Children’s Privacy
Our Services are not directed to children under 13 (or other age thresholds defined by applicable law), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that a child has provided us personal information, we will promptly delete it. Parents or guardians who believe a child has submitted information may contact us at privacy@radintel.ai.

If you are a resident of the State of California, you may be entitled to certain privacy rights and disclosures under the California Consumer Privacy Act (“CCPA”), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (“CPRA”). These rights apply to Personal Data collected, used, and disclosed by the Company in the twelve (12) months preceding your request, and are subject to exceptions permitted by law.
