Baker will lead the people strategy supporting RAD Intel's next stage of growth as it expands its AI-powered portfolio.
LOS ANGELES, CA – July 29, 2026 – RAD Intel, the AI marketing holding company building a portfolio of intelligence-powered operating businesses, today announced the appointment of Christina Baker as Director of People.
Baker will lead people strategy across RAD Intel's growing portfolio, overseeing talent acquisition, employee development, organizational effectiveness and culture. She will partner closely with executive leadership to build the people infrastructure that supports scalable growth while preserving the entrepreneurial strengths of each operating business.
Her appointment comes as RAD Intel continues growing its portfolio, strengthening the people systems that help high-growth organizations scale without losing the agility and culture that drive innovation.
As organizations continue adopting AI, technology alone is no longer enough to create a competitive advantage. Sustainable growth also depends on building organizations that can attract exceptional talent, adapt quickly to change and give employees the structure and support to perform at their best.
People become even more important in a portfolio of growing businesses, where each company needs the flexibility to preserve its own culture while benefiting from shared expertise and resources. As RAD Intel continues to expand, Baker will help build the people systems that support both individual operating companies and the long-term success of the broader organization.
Baker brings more than a decade of experience leading people operations across high-growth organizations in Canada and the United States. Throughout her career, she has built HR infrastructure from the ground up, partnered with executive leadership on organizational growth and workforce planning, and helped scale teams across complex, multi-jurisdiction organizations.
Baker said she's excited to join an organization that recognizes the importance of investing in both technology and people. "Building great companies starts with building great teams, and I look forward to helping create the people strategies and organizational foundation that will support RAD Intel's continued growth."
"As we continue expanding our portfolio, we're investing just as intentionally in the infrastructure behind our businesses as we are in the businesses themselves," said Jeremy Barnett, co-founder and CEO of RAD Intel. "Operations, finance and people are foundational to building companies that scale, and Baker brings the experience and leadership to strengthen that foundation as we continue growing."
As RAD Intel's portfolio grows, building strong teams and scalable people systems will become increasingly important to supporting every business while strengthening the organization as a whole. Baker will help build that foundation for the company's next phase of growth.
