Salmon will lead the financial strategy supporting RAD Intel's next stage of growth as it expands its AI-powered portfolio.

LOS ANGELES, CA – July 29, 2026 RAD Intel, the AI marketing holding company building a portfolio of intelligence-powered operating businesses, today announced the appointment of Alla Salmon as Head of Finance.

Salmon will oversee financial planning, forecasting, capital allocation and financial operations across RAD Intel's growing portfolio, partnering closely with executive leadership to build the financial foundation supporting scalable growth, operational performance and future acquisitions.

Her appointment comes as RAD Intel builds the financial infrastructure needed to support a growing portfolio of AI-powered operating companies through its Artificial Intelligence Buyout (AIBO) strategy.

As organizations invest more heavily in AI, financial leaders play an increasingly important role in determining where capital creates the greatest long-term value. Sustainable growth depends not only on adopting new technologies, but on allocating resources with discipline, measuring performance and investing where intelligence compounds over time.

Financial leadership becomes increasingly important in a portfolio of growing businesses, where each company needs the flexibility to pursue its own strategy while operating within a disciplined financial framework. As RAD Intel continues to expand, Salmon will help build the planning, forecasting and capital allocation processes that support both individual operating companies and the long-term success of the broader organization.

Salmon brings more than a decade of experience leading financial planning and analysis for high-growth, multi-entity organizations across Canada and the United States. Throughout her career, she has built financial planning processes from the ground up, led forecasting and budgeting across complex organizations, and partnered with executive leadership to support growth, operational performance and mergers and acquisitions.

"Strong financial leadership creates the foundation for sustainable growth, especially in a portfolio of growing businesses," said Salmon. "I'm excited to join RAD Intel at this stage of its journey and help build the financial discipline and planning that will support the company's long-term vision."

"As we continue expanding our portfolio, we're investing just as intentionally in the infrastructure behind our businesses as we are in the businesses themselves," said Jeremy Barnett, co-founder and CEO of RAD Intel. "Operations, finance and people are foundational to building companies that scale, and Salmon brings the experience and leadership to strengthen that foundation as we continue growing."

As RAD Intel's portfolio grows, financial discipline will become increasingly important to supporting every business while creating a stronger foundation for long-term growth. Salmon will help build that foundation for the company's next phase of growth.
