At RAD Intel, Alan leads the company’s AI Buyout strategy. His work focuses on acquiring innovation-first agencies and transforming their operations through next generation AI. He guides founders and leadership teams through integration, operational uplift and cultural alignment, helping them adopt the systems and technology needed to scale with confidence. His experience in market entry planning, contract negotiation and cross-functional partnership development is now central to RAD’s expansion plan.
