RAD Amplify, an AI-powered creator intelligence platform for brands and agencies, is expanding its commercial leadership team as the company grows its enterprise business.

The company recently appointed Nicole Wilson as Sales Director, joining Tom Costello, Director of Sales, and John King, Senior Vice President of Marketing. Together, the three hires strengthen RAD Amplify's capabilities across enterprise sales, agency partnerships, demand generation and go-to-market strategy.

The three hires cover different parts of the commercial engine, but they're being added for the same reason.

RAD Amplify is building the team around the technology as the business grows.

Building the Commercial Team Around Creator Intelligence

RAD Amplify is a predictive intelligence marketing engine for the creator economy. It helps brands and agencies read what culture is doing while it’s still forming, turn that intelligence into creator decisions they can act on, and prove what those decisions are worth.

That technology is already being used by major brands and agencies. Expanding the commercial team gives RAD Amplify more capacity to reach new enterprise customers.

Wilson and Costello strengthen RAD Amplify's ability to develop enterprise relationships and expand its sales pipeline. King brings more than two decades of marketing leadership experience, with a focus on building the demand generation, positioning and go-to-market systems that support growth.

Those functions are closely connected. Marketing creates awareness and demand, while sales turns that demand into relationships and revenue. Strong commercial leadership helps make that process more consistent as a company grows. For RAD Amplify, these hires create more capacity across that entire system.

Scaling RAD Amplify's Enterprise Growth

Creator marketing is maturing, and brands are putting more scrutiny on which creators they work with, whether those creators actually fit their target audiences and what those partnerships deliver. Enterprise marketers are also looking for better ways to connect creator decisions with audience intelligence and measurable campaign performance.

RAD Amplify has been building for that environment. Its growing commercial team is about making sure the business can capitalize on it.

The company works with major brands and agency partners, including Omnicom, Children's Health Dallas and Cicis Pizza. Expanding the team around those relationships creates more capacity to pursue new business, deepen existing partnerships and introduce RAD Amplify's creator intelligence technology to a broader enterprise market.

Nicole Wilson, Tom Costello and John King bring different experience to that effort, but their appointments are part of the same broader move. RAD Amplify is continuing to invest in both its technology and the commercial organization needed to bring that technology to more enterprise brands and agencies.
