Building a successful business takes time. Sustaining that success year after year requires strong leadership, consistent execution, and the ability to adapt as markets change.

For the fourth consecutive year, AV Communications (AVC) has been named one of Canada's Top Growing Companies by The Globe and Mail.

The Canadian multicultural marketing and communications agency ranked No. 324 on the 2026 list, recognizing 62% revenue growth over three years. Four consecutive appearances on a national growth ranking reflect a sustained record of performance, particularly in an industry where client needs, technology, and market conditions continue to evolve.

It's an accomplishment that belongs to AVC's leadership and team, and one we're proud to recognize.

A Track Record Built Long Before RAD Intel

Under CEO Joycelyn David's leadership, AVC has built a business spanning multicultural marketing, strategic communications, media, and creator partnerships. The agency's growth reflects years of developing client relationships, expanding its capabilities, and adapting to the needs of the brands and audiences it serves.

When RAD Intel acquired a majority interest in AVC in June 2026, that track record was already established. It was one of the reasons we wanted to work with the agency in the first place.

Our acquisition strategy starts with identifying businesses that have strong foundations, established customers, specialized expertise, and leadership teams capable of executing. AVC brought those qualities to the table, along with more than two decades of experience helping brands reach diverse audiences.

Four consecutive years on Canada's Top Growing Companies list speaks to the strength of what Joycelyn and her team have built independently. It's the kind of sustained performance we look for when evaluating businesses to bring into the RAD Intel portfolio.

Supporting AVC's Next Chapter

Our Artificial Intelligence Buyout (AIBO) strategy is designed to build on the strengths of established businesses by combining their existing expertise with shared technology, marketing intelligence, and operational resources.

With AVC, we see opportunities to bring RAD Intel's AI-powered audience intelligence capabilities alongside the agency's cultural knowledge, client relationships, and experience across marketing and communications. Together, these capabilities have the potential to strengthen the insights and services AVC delivers while supporting its continued growth.

We're still early in that process. AVC joined the portfolio in June, and the work ahead will involve identifying where our capabilities can complement what the agency already does well.

What makes this recognition particularly meaningful is that it reflects the strength of the business before our involvement. Joycelyn and her team have spent years building AVC into the agency it is today, and that foundation is what makes the opportunity ahead compelling.

Congratulations to Joycelyn and the entire AVC team on four consecutive years of recognition. We're proud to have AVC in the RAD Intel portfolio and look forward to supporting its continued success.
