Steven Silver

Steven is an experienced media, operations and growth leader and currently serves as Chief Operating Officer at RAD Intel. After decades leading, scaling and operating global production businesses, he brings a disciplined, systems-driven approach to RAD’s expansion across AI-driven marketing and intelligence.

His career spans senior leadership roles across the international entertainment and media landscape. Before joining RAD, Steven served as Chief Executive Officer of Kew Media Group, where he led a global portfolio of production companies operating across North America, the UK and Europe, overseeing international operations, acquisitions and integration. Prior to that, he was Partner and Co-Founder of Blue Ice Group, helping build the company into a respected producer and financier of internationally recognized film and television projects.

Steven also served as Vice President and Head of Factual Entertainment at Entertainment One, where he led creative and operational strategy for a broad slate of factual programming. Earlier, he was President of Barna Alper Productions, one of Canada’s leading factual and scripted production companies. Across each chapter of his career, Steven has built a reputation for steady leadership, operational rigor and the ability to guide creative organizations through periods of scale, transition and structural change.

At RAD Intel, Steven oversees company-wide operations, cross-functional alignment and organizational performance. He plays a central role in developing the internal systems and operating foundation that support RAD’s rapid scale, helping expand the company’s AI platform, agency footprint and global partnerships. His background leading diverse creative and operational teams gives him a distinct advantage in building structure and accountability without slowing innovation.

Steven holds a BA (Honours) from the University of the Witwatersrand. He is known for his calm leadership style, his ability to simplify complex organizational challenges and his commitment to building teams that grow with clarity and accountability.
