Rick brings over 25 years of experience across digital, media, and technology to his role as CEO of RAD Amplify. He’s helped build and grow businesses from early-stage startups to multi-billion-dollar enterprises, participated in two successful exits, and led organizations of more than 200 employees, including serving as Chief Revenue Officer for two publicly traded companies.

Previously, Rick held executive roles at Brand Innovators and Nielsen, where he contributed to Nielsen’s $16B private-equity sale, with earlier senior sales leadership roles at Yahoo!, Microsoft, iHeartMedia, and Rocket Fuel.

Rick serves on the board of The Ad Club of New York and was Chairman from 2021–2023. He is a judge for the Shorty Awards, a former President of 212 NYC, and a founding member of the Digital Content NewFronts. A supporter of arts education, Rick is a board director for the Harmony Program and previously was Benefit Chair for Young Audiences New York.

Rick is a native New Yorker, a proud four-time girl dad, and a graduate of Carnegie Mellon University.
