Pavlo Parkhomenko
Machine Learning Engineer
Pavlo Parkhomenko is a Machine Learning Engineer at RAD Intel and the lead for core ML development across NLP and time series. He brings a strong quantitative foundation from Mathematical Finance and Economics at the University of Waterloo, paired with hands-on experience building production systems that operate on noisy, real-world data.
Since 2019, Pavlo has focused on developing NLP methodologies that turn unstructured text into usable, decision-grade outputs. In 2023–2024, he led development of an engine designed to predict financial markets, strengthening his approach to modeling, validation, and performance under uncertainty.
At RAD Intel, Pavlo leads the audience and influencer discovery pipelines. He designs and improves the models and infrastructure that help the platform identify emerging micro-communities, map audience behaviors, and surface relevant creators with speed and precision. He works closely with product and engineering to keep these pipelines scalable, reliable, and continually improving as new data sources and use cases come online.
