Throughout her career, Nina has partnered with founders and executive leaders to build and scale people functions within high-growth startups and technology organizations. Her expertise spans talent strategy, workforce planning, organizational effectiveness, leadership development, and employee engagement, with a focus on creating scalable people strategies that support long-term business success. Her leadership philosophy has also been shaped by her military service, reinforcing the values of adaptability, accountability, collaboration, and service. Outside of work, Nina enjoys hiking, reading, and traveling with her family.
