Leroy Carver is VP of Operations at RAD Intel, where he leads operational strategy and execution across the company's growing portfolio of businesses. He partners closely with the leadership team to build the systems, processes, and performance frameworks that enable scalable growth while preserving the unique strengths of each company.
Leroy brings nearly a decade of operational leadership experience from Snap Inc., where he helped build and scale global support operations for one of the world's largest technology platforms. As Scaled Operations Lead, he grew the company's Technical Ad Support organization from a six-person team into a 40-person global operation spanning Warsaw, Dublin, Kuala Lumpur, and Manila. He also led the development of proactive attribution monitoring systems that identified hundreds of thousands of advertiser anomalies, streamlined operations through Lean Six Sigma process design, and partnered with Engineering, Sales, and enterprise customers to translate operational insights into measurable business outcomes.
