Kirill Deljanin is a Western University Finance graduate and driven business development professional with a track record of generating new business through outbound outreach and relationship building. Over the last five years, with experience spanning private equity, financial services, and entrepreneurship, he has developed a research-first mindset and a builder's mentality that he brings to every role he takes on.
Before joining Lickly, Kirill was a top-performing BDR at a wealth management firm, generating qualified pipeline with successful financial advisors across Canada. His private equity background sharpened his ability to identify opportunity quickly, understand what makes a business compelling, and craft engaging outreach messaging.
Kirill also built and scaled his own business from the ground up, growing it to a client base of over 300 customers, an experience that gave him an operator's perspective on what it takes to win customers and keep them.
At Lickly, he is part of the founding sales team, bringing the same customer centric mindset, persistence, and strategic approach that has defined every chapter of his career so far.
