John is a global brand strategist and currently serves as the Chief Strategy Officer at RAD Amplify. After spending his career helping some of the world’s most iconic brands decode human behavior, John brings a sharp, inquisitive approach to building AI systems that deepen audience understanding and unlock predictable marketing performance.

His work in strategy has taken him across continents and categories. Over the last decade, John partnered with leading marketers at Coca Cola, Budweiser, M&M’s, GM and McDonald’s. He guided these teams through moments of transformation, cultural change and global expansion. He built a reputation for connecting creative insight with commercial clarity and for developing brand narratives that travel across digital, experiential and social environments.

Before joining RAD, John spent more than ten years living and working abroad in Austria, the Czech Republic, Germany, the United Kingdom and China. That international experience gave him a wide angle view of consumer psychology and cultural dynamics, shaping the lens he now brings to AI driven audience intelligence. His global background also strengthened his ability to lead cross functional teams with ease, navigating the complexities of modern marketing with a mix of rigor, curiosity and humor.

At RAD Amplify, John leads strategic development across the company’s AI product suite and agency services. He works closely with marketers and agencies to translate real time language analysis into actionable insight. His focus is simple: accelerate growth by turning audience truth into creative and strategic advantage.

Outside of work, John is known for his dry humor, global perspective and ability to make brand strategy feel both accessible and energizing.
