Alla is a finance and operations leader with over a decade of experience building and scaling finance functions across AI, cloud technology, and financial services organizations. As Director of Finance & Operations at RAD Intel AI, she partners closely with the COO to lead financial strategy and operations, including budgeting, forecasting, capital allocation, sales performance analytics, and preparing materials for board and investor decision-making.

She has extensive experience implementing scalable financial systems, supporting commercial strategy through advanced modeling, and partnering effectively with teams across the organization. Previously, she held senior finance and FP&A roles at AI healthcare, cloud, and financial services companies, where she led end-to-end financial operations across U.S. and Canadian entities and supported strategic growth initiatives. Alla brings a hands-on, builder mindset and a structured, data-driven approach, helping leadership teams make sound financial decisions and operate with strong discipline.
